These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the marketplace available at https://market.hobbyair.eu (the “Platform”), operated by HobbyAir aviation club (https://hobbyair.eu), a non-profit aviation club.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform provides a marketplace for aviators and aviation enthusiasts to:

  • Buy, sell, rent, or exchange aircraft, parts, avionics, and aviation-related equipment

  • Advertise aviation-related services such as maintenance, ferry flights, sightseeing flights, hangar rental, and similar services

The Platform acts solely as a technical intermediary. HobbyAir does not participate in transactions, does not act as a broker or agent, and is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the quality of goods or services, or the ability of users to provide or fulfill advertised offers.

All agreements, transactions, and interactions occur directly between users.

2. User Accounts

To create advertisements or interact with certain features of the Platform, you must create a user account.

By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

You are responsible for any content posted through your account.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Advertisements & Listings

3.1 Free Advertisements

All advertisements on the Platform are currently free of charge.

3.2 Advertisement Duration

  • Advertisements are published for 60 days by default

  • Users will receive a notification prior to expiration

  • Advertisements can be renewed free of charge

  • If an advertisement is not renewed, it will be automatically removed

3.3 Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of their advertisements

  • Compliance with aviation regulations and applicable laws

  • Ensuring that any offered goods or services are lawful and safe

The Platform does not verify ownership, condition, legality, certification, or regulatory compliance of any aircraft, parts, or services.

4. Advertising Review & Content Moderation

All advertisements are subject to review before publication. The Platform reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any advertisement that:

  • Contains hateful, abusive, or discriminatory content

  • Contains pornographic or sexually explicit material

  • Includes external links (for security and fraud prevention reasons)

  • Is misleading, fraudulent, or potentially harmful

  • Violates applicable laws or aviation safety principles

Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

5. Platform Funding & Advertisements

The Platform may display third-party advertisements, including Google Ads or similar services.

Revenue generated from advertising is used solely to:

  • Maintain the Platform

  • Cover hosting and technical costs

  • Promote the aviation marketplace

The Platform is managed by HobbyAir, a non-profit aviation club. Use of advertising services does not imply endorsement of advertised products or services by HobbyAir.

6. User Data & Privacy

Users may:

  • View, update, or delete their personal data

  • Control which profile details are publicly visible

  • Manage visibility of information shown on listings

The collection and processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Platform.

7. Statistics & Platform Features

Users may access:

  • An overview of their advertisements

  • Basic statistics (such as views or interactions, if available)

These statistics are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee actual interest, sales, or outcomes.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

HobbyAir is not liable for:

  • Failed transactions

  • Financial losses, that have been created between transactions between Platform users.

  • Disputes between users

  • Inaccurate or misleading listings

  • Damage, injury, or loss arising from use of goods or services advertised

Users agree that all transactions and interactions are conducted at their own risk.

9. Changes to the Platform and Terms

HobbyAir reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of the Platform

  • Change features, availability, or advertisement rules

  • Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia.
